Favourite Plants AtoZ: Euphorbia (myrsinites)

I will admit, I am cheating here a bit under the letter “E”. Euphorbia

Donkey Tail Spurge

covers a lot of territory, but this particular variety of the commonly named donkey tail spurge is quite lovely. It is a sun loving groundcover, with a beautiful tint of blue green. It seeds itself well, whether in a sandy rock garden or relatively loamy soil. The small yellow flower blooms(bracts) can be easily removed to minimize  seeding. Bloom time is from March to April, but I have seen them bloom later and longer in zone 4 and 5 climates.
